Suitable for mould sizes 275 x 175mms

The Plant has just been used for solid chocolate with/without inclusions, so only the first (shell) depositor is set up currently

There is space on the line for 3 x Depositors, so possibility to do Shell Moulded products as well

There is only one other Depositor available and currently off the plant, but could be re-commissioned

Buyer would need to get a 3rd Depositor, if required

Mould Vibratory sections are also on the line

Plant has 5 cooling zones and fully automatic demoulding station with 2m take-off belt

Usually run at 6 moulds p/min, but can run as fast as 9 per minute

A full set of moulds for the plant is 190 moulds, and there are 240 x 200g, 225 x 100g and 210 x 16g

There are three mould sets remaining for 100g, 200g (bars from Vormenfabriek) and small 16g square piece (from Hans Brunner)

Moulds are all 275 x 175 x 24mms high

There is also an Inclusions Mixer with the Line 

The inclusion mixer was made to add chopped nuts, candy and other small pieces, powders and oils to the chocolate before depositing, it comprises - 

a. A water jacketed chocolate and ingredient mixing screw with 3 phase motor, gearbox and VSD 

b. An ingredient metering screw mount with a 3 phase motor, gearbox and VSD, which feeds into the mixing screw. There are two removable metering screws – one for ingredient pieces and one for Ingredient powders 

c. A small peristaltic flavour dosing pump for oil delivery into the mixing screw

d. A warm water 1kW heating system with a header tank, a circulating pump and associated piping for the water jackets

e. A stainless steel frame with 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors with an electrical control box mounted lower down for housing the controls for the two screw drives, the water heater & pump, and the dosing pump

Plus also a SOLLICH FD200 Tempering Machine that can go with this plant
