The Plant has just been used for solid chocolate, so only the first (shell) depositor is set up currently

The other two depositors are off the plant, but could be re-commissioned

Plant has 5 cooling zones and demoulding station with 2m take-off belt

Usually run at 6 moulds p/min, but can run as fast as 9 per minute

Previously running moulds containing 400g of chocolate
