SPECIFICATIONS: 

• It is the first mixer in which all raw materials required for chocolate are mixed. 

• Made of AISI 304 stainless material. 

• It is jacketed water heated. 

• Capacity of 1800 kg. 

• 3-way valve is used. In this way, a homogeneous thinning is provided with internal recirculation and automatic transfer is made to the ball chocolate mill. 

• With the interlocking double mixer system, a homogeneous mixture is obtained. 

• The mixer motor of the machine can be adjusted with the time relay, and it can be brought to start-stop positions at desired time intervals. 

• Motor protection switches are used in all motors in the electrical system. 

• Electrical emergency warning system is available. 

• Product exit pump can be adjusted in forward and backward direction. 

• Product temperature can be controlled and adjusted through resistances.
