SPECIFICATIONS: 60cm wide x 24m long

• Tunnel cooling length is 24 meters. 

• Tape width is 60 cm. 

• Tape is polyurethane tape suitable for food. 

• The tunnel chassis is painted black metallic gray; all covers will be made of 304 NINOX quality material. 

• The cooling group is a single system; the compressor is 7.5 kW. 

• The tunnel is completely air cooled and there are air conduits to provide air circulation. 

• The tunnel is controlled by manual pots and has a speed control setting. 

• Electric motors are 2.2 kw A.C. type and speed control. 

• An electronically controlled pneumatic centering system is available at the entrance and exit of the tunnel to prevent tape stroll. 

• Tensioning is done automatically with pneumatic in order to increase the life of the tunnel tape. 

• Top covers are opened one way for cleaning the tunnel tape. 

• There is an emergency stop at the entrance and exit of the tunnel for danger and adverse situations. 

• The material used to keep tunnel cooling constant is compressed blue 32 densities.
