BRAND NEW STONE CHOCOLATE PRODUCTION LINE For production of small “stone” like chocolate pieces Built to order Manufactured by BETAFORM (Turkey) Includes chocolate storage tanks, tempering machine, tempering breaking machine, chocolate reservoir, chocolate spreading apparatus, cooling tunnel, Stone chocolate machine, vibrating chocolate sieve, conveyors belts for carriage, chocolate transport carts. The product goes into the reservoir unit after tempering and then goes on the conveyor belts. You can adjust the thickness of the product as you want by using of spreading apparatus. It is getting cool by passing through in cooling tunnel. It is shaped by breaking in Stone chocolate machine. It is separated with different dimensions in vibrating chocolate sieve. Finally all products are transferred by conveyors or carts. At the end of these lines; they can add and synchronize coating machines and different packaging systems with full automation. If you like to do coconut type of products then they can take out the tempering machines from this line.
