Mixer with a small 2-Roll Refining Unit on top and re-circulation facility. This is a Single Shaft Mixer. Designed to create a one point loading & blending of the raw materials.

Pre-Refine the mass prior then to transfer to bulk chocolate refining/conching, to create a cleaner environment, and reducing time & costs to produce high quality chocolate.
