Tray Washing Machine

Item # 8120 – TRAY WASHER Manufactured by ROTAJET SYSTEMS LTD all in 304L Stainless Steel, runs directly off water feed. External machine dimensions : 3000mms long x 1450mms wide x 1600mms high. Cleaning Chamber is 1200mms long x 855mms wide x 550mms high. Machine is fitted with 3 x Spray Bars with 14 x Rotajet Knife jets per bar. 7.5Kw Centrifugal Pump, Sump Capacity of about 350litres. Trays are loaded upside down, pushed into place by another tray. The operator determines the vary of speed he processes each tray at, depending on contamination. Machine is fitted with hold down bars so trays are not dislodged.
