Two Stage Bar Wrapper

Foil fed from reel, label/cardboard outer fed from stack

Was doing 90/100grammes bars with foil & cardboard

Was running at about 80 bars per minute, on the 100g bars (155 x 73 x 3.8mms high)

Higher speeds are possible depending on product and materials

Heat Seal Foil Wrap, fully enclosed carton or label outer

(Never Used)Parts also included for 180/200grammes bars with foil & label (188 x 90 x 9.5mms high)

Could also be used & run just on foil wraps

Foil & Cardboard/Label Detectors, to register low levels

With SIEMENS Simatic HMI Plc Controls

Including SICK Bar Code Reading System to register labels to verify correct batch running through the machine
