Following a factory closure in the UK the owner has surplus (3) pot filling lines for layered chilled desserts.

high speed layered pot dessert lines. speeds of approximately 10,000/hour small individual pots and large desert bowls at 2,500/hour

(3) Production and Packaging Lines to Fill Pots of Various Sizes with single product or multi-layered products for desserts. A mixture of wet and dry ingredients.

Depositing stations on each filling line build up the layers as the pots move round, liquids, mousses, jellies, custard, cream, chocolate, coffee, caramel, toffee, fruit sauces, layers nuts candy, biscuit pieces etc. Also, with depositing stations for crumbles, sprinkles and sauce toppings etc., biscuit, chocolate chip, sponge trifle, cheesecake, bases deposited, tampered and pressed.

Product could be custard or mouse, trifle, or tiramisu, cheesecake, yoghurts, with dry ingredient layers in combination etc.

Pots with foil lid seal.

Each line has packaging for tamper and date coded labelling, carton sleeve, and case or tray packing.

pot sizes and volumes are adjustable. The pots travel in carriers you make to your pot top dimensions, depth can be variable.

Three sets of carriers are available, one to be sold per line. The carriers each can work with two pot sizes as they are reversible.

Carrier set #1 : 180mm diameter round with taper pot / 170mm wide square with taper pot 

(1 pot per carrier)

Carrier set #2 : 72mm wide spare with taper pot / 62mm diameter round pot 

(4 pots per carrier)

Carrier set #3 : 95mm round pot / 80mm round pot
