PACKAGING MACHINERY FOR "BREAKAWAY" Biscuits (moulding line Lot 37)

Exit conveyor from moulding line into ROTZINGER product storage buffer. Three of these buffers in total and each one feeds to two flowpack lines. The flowpacks are setup with one single wrap machine feeding into a multipack machine. Therefore 6 flowpack lines in total.

5,6,7,8,9,12,16,22 single and double layer with Nestle biscuit product (approx 30mm width per bar). These machines are capable of triple layer although never ran with this.

Packed single biscuit style bar and tablet. Feeding to multipack machine. One of the three machines has the facility to bypass the multipack to hand pack.

No change parts. To run longer tablet new infeed chain would be required with larger pitch between pushers.

Machine dimensions (approx) L5350mm x W1250mm + infeed belt feeding on at 90 degrees L2050 x W1000mm (belt width 200mm.)
