SPECIFICATIONS: 

• Approximately 220 to 240micron chocolate taken from the preliminary preparation tank is filled with tempered steel balls, rotating in a milling tank with vertical serpentine, 

and it is reduced to 20 to 26 microns in size with a special shaft containing mixing arms and routers and transferred to the stock tank with a homogeneous distribution. 

• Made of AISI 304 stainless material. 

• Double jacketed water heated. 

• Capacity of 1000 kg/h. 

• With a hardness of HRC 63 Rockwell, a ball of 1500 kg is used. 

• Special angled anchors allow the balls to move up and down, thereby increasing the viscosity of the chocolate mixture. 

• There is a soft starter system. 

• Motor protection switches are used in all motors in the electrical system. 

• Electrical emergency warning system is available. 

• Product exit pump can be adjusted in forward and backward direction.
