Item # 8131 - CHOCOLATE FROZEN CONE MOULDING LINE Moulding Line is designed for solid and filled chocolate (dual layer filling possible, jam filling, liqueurs, dosing drum for delicacies), pralines, chocolate bars, etc… Manufactured by AASTED MIKROVERK Model Midi C-425, Designed for plain chocolate and filled chocolate with ingredients up to 15%*) •ingredients dosing is possible after installing chocolate & ingeredients mixer and different piston blocks on filling depositor. Capacity: up to 8-10 moulds/min. (around 300-380kg/h) Number of moulds: 462 pcs. (Moulds in one set, including moulds for change – 600 pcs.) Mould dimension: 425x275x40mm. Cooling time for speed 8 moulds/min: 28,8 min (filled chocolate). Automation: Siemens. Approximate line main dimensions: Length: 19319mm, Width: 6536mm, Height: 3000mm (Layout for demand). This line has 5 following sections: "D" - mould dispenser, mould heater, chocolate depositor, 2 vertical vibrating section, FCT stamp, rubber shaft with worm for mould surface cleaning "E" - cherries/hazelnuts dispenser, liquid/fat filling depositor, 1 vertical vibrating section, fat filling depositor, 1 vertical vibrating section, 2 horizontal vibrating section, cocoa batter spraying chamber, rubber shaft with worm for mould surface cleaning "F" - heater before bottoming, closing depositor, double metal scrapper after bottoming "G" - mould corrector, mould twister, demoulding pneumatic arms, 2 mould turning devices "Cooling Section" - cooling chamber with perpendicular movement of trolleys (6 mould in each one).
