LINE FOR JUICE PRODUCTION includes : receipt of raw materials, washing & sorting, juice preparation & refining, juice concentrator, pasteurization & homogenization, centrifuge & packaging in bags in box

Products that may be produce: Frozen Concentrated Juice of orange (60 Brix) or lemon (40 Brix). The peel of the fruits are stored for the production of Candied cubes or sticks

Capacity ORANGE JUICE 60 BRIX 1900kg per shift. Peels 7200kg per shift. Fruit Purees 1000kg per shift

LINE FOR FRUIT PUREES includes : receipt of raw materials, washing & sorting, Mashing Thermal Treatment, & packaging in bags in box

Capacity Hard Fruit 9000kg per shift. Medium Fruits 9000 to 13000kg per shift. Soft fruits 13000 to 18000kg per shift

LINE FOR CANDIED FRUIT PRODUCTION includes : stem removal, sorting, fruit kernel removal, candied fruit production system & packaging in bags in box

Candied Fruits produced with syrup or after draining. Fruits usually processed : Cherry, Pear, Sour Cherry, Orange.

Capacity Sour Cherry 4500kg (4*1125) WITH SYRUP, minimum days run 4. Cherry 4000kg (4*1000), minimum days run 8. Orange 3400kg (4*600), minimum days run 3.

LINE FOR CANDIED ORANGE CUBES OR STICKS includes : receipt of orange peel, separation, cube cutter, washing, candy manufacture system, centrifuge & syrup filtering & packaging in bags in box or plastic containers

Capacity 12000kg (2*6000), minimum days run 3

LINE FOR CANDIED MARASCHINO CHERRIES includes : sorting, fruit kernels removal, candied fruit production system
