The product can be change between 0.05 gram and 3 gram. 

The chocolate level in the reservoir chocolate chamber is controlled by sensors and the chocolate level is kept under control. 

The machine design provides clean and easy control and provides advantages hygiene. 

Chocolate temperature is controlled by double-walled tank. 

- In the CDM-S-0.05g /0.15g model machine, 52 pistons produce 1248 drops of chocolate. - One piston creates 24 products in the CDM-S-0.05g / 0.15g model machine. 

- In the CDM-S-1.5g/ 3g model machine, 48 pistons produce 96 drops of chocolate. - One piston creates 2 products in the CDM-S-1.5g / 3g model machine. 

- In the CDM-S-0.05g/0.15g model machines, 1 piston takes between 1.2 grams and 3.6 grams of chocolate. 

- In the CDM-S-1.5g/3g model machines, 1 piston takes between 1.2 grams and 3.6 grams of chocolate. 

- After dividing these products into 24 grams in total, the product is obtained with 5% change in weight. 

- After dividing these products into 2 grams in total, the product is obtained with 5% change in weight. 

- The machine is open to use in 2 models in one machine by changing the moulds.

LINE OPTIONS

1. for cocoline/ compound based products and the depositing temperature is between 40-45 degrees. In this option, you can use one or more of the above CDSM machines. Cooling tunnel is 800mm wide x 24m long.

With 1000kg chocolate holding tank, which can be changed depending on requirements.

2. for chocolate based products and the depositing temperature is between 30-35 degrees. In this option, you can use one or more of the above CDSM machines. Cooling tunnel is 800mm wide x 30m long.

With 1000kg chocolate holding tank, which can be changed depending on requirements. Chocolate tempering machine is required in this system. Supplied with 500kg/hr machine but can be changed depending on requirements.

3. for cocoline/ compound based products and the depositing temperature is between 40-45 degrees. In this option, you can use one or more of the above CDSM machines. Cooling tunnel is 600mm wide x 24m long.
