This is straight line with continuous mould movement (step by step - two speeds - one for chocolate dosing, second for mould positioning) Cooling tunnel is chilled directly by gas evaporator at the end of it - only external condenser is needed and it is in complete - customer needs to install it on the roof.
Line includes the external cooling unit with glycol tank Tempering machine and line hopper are chilled by external glycol cooler with glycol tank, circulation pump, and aggregates - customer also needs to install it on the roof.
Including Two (2) sets of moulds for 4x150g bars (192x91x10mm) and 5x100g bars (153x74x9mm) - nozzle plates and moulds (2 complete sets).
Line also includes a NIELSEN AEN-500 Chocolate Tempering Machine, 500Kgs capacity.
