Jelly cubes/ semi-circle slices, which can be sugar coated. Manual process

Output approx. 1 tonne/shift (large jelly cubes/slices).

The line includes:

1. Tables for pouring / cooling metal sheets with mass - 6 pcs. 

2. Racks 

3. Pots for pouring mass 3 pcs with a trolley 

4. Flat sheets - 37x71x3.4 - 230 pcs. (Stainless steel) 

5. Large slices plates - 37.5x49.5x3 - 213 pcs. (Stainless steel) 

6. Mini slices sheets - 40x65x1.2 - 86 pcs (stainless steel) 

7 Vibrator with sugar dosing 

8. Transporters for arranging jelly particles 

9. Drum in which jellies are coated in sugar 

10. Transporter from the drum to the baskets 

11. Markers for cutting.

The line would require cooking kettles additionally. The cooking equipment is not included
