Item 8117 – CHOCOLATE MOULDING LINE, one-shot Manufactured by BOHNKE & LUCKAU (Germany) Semi Automatic One Shot Chocolate Moulding Line, previously running on 12-13grammes Chocolate Balls (similar to Lindt D’or product), moulds & depositing plate for this product included. Model OSL-600, Mould size 600mms wide x 205mms deep x 30mms high. Rated at up to 22 moulds per minute, line includes 2 x One Shot Depositors, Manual Mould Loading (for chocolate ball products) & Warming Area, 2-Section Cooling Tower, up to 10 moulds per level, moulds enter then go up, then across, then down and exit. For the Chocolate Balls, the moulds are then manually taken off the line for demoulding. For other products, they continue into Automatic Demoulding section, mould turnover, hammer, product exits line, moulds are returned back.
