| Item # 5035 - CHOCOLATE DEPOSITOR Manufactured by AWEMA Model MKD-180, Dosing & Filling machine, for chocolate, praline & fondant masses. Dosing range of 0.5 to 50grammes per nozzle, maximum of eleven (11) pistons, Maximum piston diameter of 30mms, minimum piston diameter of 6mms. Rated at up to 50 strokes per minute, depending on actual product & dosing weight. Suitable for maximum mould sizes of 420 x 300mms. Moulds are placed manually or automatically under the nozzles. The quantity is adjusted by handwheel. Machine has a hydraulic drive. Feeding hopper is double jacketed, stainless steel and with stirrer.
