Operation after sheet of dough and fat have been extruded is:
Vertical lamination to suit thickness and width of product. Lengthwise cut. Fat depositor to deposit on the belt or the product, laminating rollers to obtain required thickness. Folding unit to produce a continuous sheet of interposed layers, cooling tunnel to control the dough temperature with superficial crusting or hardening, Transversal roller to move the sheet at right angles to that which it has been moving, to reduce internal tensions and also to obtain a greater width and smaller thickness, calibrating roller, electric control cabinet
SEEWER RONDO Make Up Section
with flour duster, set of gauging rollers, further flour duster, lamination, longitudinal and transversal cutters,
Complete with, control panel, scrap removal, useful working width 580 mm. Section for depositing product onto baking trays on exit.
