Item # 5696 – FLOWPACK WRAPPER Manufactured by ARGOSY MACHINERY reconditioned recently Previously being used for fruit & cereal bars. Rated at up to 150 bars per minute, including a MARKEM SmartDate 3 Coder. Products sizes from 20mm wide to 150mm and length is from 40mm to 250mm.
Item # 5695 – FLOWPACK WRAPPER Manufactured by BOSCH TEVOPHARM Model Pack 201 built in year 2009. Currently being used for wafer bars. Only been used for trial purposes, practically unused and in like brand new condition. Including the following features: Fully servo driven, Stainless Steel, Photocell Registration, No Product / No Bag, Auto stop/start, 2 Folding Boxes ( 1 Adjustable ), Versatile Machine able to wrap a wide range of products. With manual product feed, directly into the infeed chain. Maximum reel diameter of 400mms, maximum reel width of 650mms. Machine was running at around 100 pieces per minute on single wafer bars (65 to 105mms long x 23mms wide x 15mms high). Was also doing multi-packs of pre-wrapped bars, and also multi-packs of unwrapped bars. 2000mms long Infeed, 2-up knife so possible for maximum speed of up to 250 packs per minute (depending on product, size, feeding).
Item # 5672 - Flowpack Packer for individual bars, then packing into display boxes with palletiser. With VAN EECKHOUDT Aligner/Feeder for bars into a TEVOPHARM P5-SL Flowpack Wrapper, built in 1983, serial number 1295/9, 24V, 3 x 380volts, 50Hz, 7.5KVA, PEC, 2-up knife. Running at around 230bars per minute, on a 48grammes bar measuring approx. 123mms long x 28mms wide x 20mms high. Including an Optional PP PAYNE Tear Strip Applicator, number 4MK-10117. Exit from Flowpack into a Right Angle Outfeed to a GORING KERR DSP-3 Metal Detector, aperture size 350mms wide x 40mms high, actual belt width is 160mms wide with air reject. Product then passes through conveyors into a SCHUBERT Pick N Place Unit, which is putting currently 6 x 5bars into a display box. Prior to this unit is a SCHUBERT SKA-2 Carton erector which is erecting the empty display boxes. These then pass through to the Pick N Place Unit where they are filled with the bars. Outfeed from Pick N Place Unit to a GARVENS S2 Checkweigher, number 322183, built in 2004, for up to 600grammes weights, with pusher arm reject. Then through to a GIRAUDET EMBALLAGES (France) Display Case Lidding Machine, Type MDF-126, 380Volts, 8Kw, 5Bar, with NORDSON 3500 Gluer, number AA92H60736, with 2 x glue guns. Boxes then pass through a CERMEX Buffer Station and then through to a CERMEX Palletiser, Type P821.90, built in 1995, serial number 45041, also which places a paper layer between each level of product on the pallet.

Running at around 230bars per minute, on a 48grammes bar measuring approx. 123mms long x 28mms wide x 20mms high. Including an Optional PP PAYNE Tear Strip Applicator, number 4MK-10118. Exit from Flowpack into a TEVOPHARM DA-5 Right Angle Outfeed Conveyor, number 2353-6102, built in 1987. Then Conveyor through to a GORING KERR DSP-3 Metal detector, aperture size 350mms wide x 40mms high, actual belt width is 160mms wide, with air reject. Then approx. 10metres long Conveyor to a CAVANNA 14 Multipack Flowpack Wrapper, machine number 2523, 15AMPS, 380volts, 50Hz, 3phase. Currently set up for a Multi-Pack of 5 x 48grammes bars, can also do multi-packs of 3, 4 & 6 bars. With PEC, twin splicer, 1-up knife. Then exit to 1000mms diameter Rotary Turntable and to SIAT SM2 Top & Bottom Case Taper, built in 1988, serial number 7209.
