4591 - CHOCOLATE MOULDING LINE

The line holds about 700 moulds, each mould is 510 x 275mms wide, and the line is rated at about 15 moulds per minute.
Depending on product, it can produce 500Kgs + per hour.
Line starts with Mould Pre-Heating, then through to 1st Depositing Section.
Through a Mould Vibratory Section and into a Cooling Tunnel (cold water) about 5500mms long.
Through to a 2nd Depositor, Mould Vibratory Section and the Mould Turn-Over.
Through another Cooling Tunnel, then under an Ingredients Hopper suitable for rice, raisins, nuts, etc.  Passing through a 180 degree turn, and then into a long Cooling Tunnel about 20000mms long. Then passes through another 180 degree turn, and under a 1st Praline/Filling Depositor then under a Nut Depositor (removable) and through a 2nd Praline/Filling Depositor.
Then the mould passes through to a 3rd & final Depositor, Mould Vibratory Section with scraper devices for top & sides, and into final Cooling Tower (up & down cooling).
Exit from Cooling Tower then the mould passes through conveyor where a Plaque is manually placed on top of the mould.
Through a Turn-Over device where De-Moulding of the products onto the plaques take place and exit from the line.
There is then a Mould return system when the moulds pass back through the pre-heating section to the start of the line again.
There are various sets of moulds available.

4586 - CHOCOLATE MOULDING LINE

rated at around 12 moulds per minute, running at around 8-10 moulds per minute.
Approx. time for mould in line is 20 minutes.
Mould size 315 x 215mms.
Was doing solid products, does have one shot facility on it if required.
All mechanical. Mould pre-warmer, Depositor for solid pieces/bars (also one shot available), Mould Vibration Section, "Snake-Style" Cooling Section, cooling by Freon cold air.
Product De-Moulding onto plaques, automatically fed into moulding line.
Also with Two (2) PRALICO, made in Belgium, Chocolate Tempering machines, rated at around 100Kgs per machine, one used for dark & one used for milk.
Also available with the line
Two (2) THOUET RB-2000 Chocolate Tanks, 2000Kgs capacity, each with a STORCK Chocolate Pump.
