This is a two lane indexing conveyor. Designed to be extremely flexible for the manufacture of a wide range of meals in plastic pots, foils or microwave dishes. The system will run continuously or can be indexed with a choice of two pitches, all fully variable in speed and dwell times. A wide range of ancillary equipment can be stationed and controlled at any point along its full working length. The lift-off platen system is quickly and easily changed over from product to product
Variable Speed drive from 2.5 to 14.5 mtrs per minute. Index 150mm or 300mm with variable stop timer. The platen can accommodate large family single product or smaller individual products in multi lane. 5 Metres standard working area.
Two stainless steel tubes run full length of working track for anchoring of mobile equipment.
20mm bore manifold in high level trunking with 4 standard 12mm check units and signal connection, venting on/off valve and low level drain.
Controlled by a PLC with track on/off drive mode select, signal mode select, track dwell timer and visual indicators. All controls and external system 110 volt/24 DC, full protected with overload fuses. 3 phase - 440 volt - 50HZ, 2.6/1.5A. 25 amps for ancillary equipment services.
