RF Power Output 25Kw, Operating Frequency 27.12Mhz. | | 4684 - FLUID BED DRYER Manufactured by Hungarian Chemical Technological Research unique drying technology for the heat sensitive materials. This technology is able to evaporate the water and in the meantime the core temperature of dry material is not higher them 60 degree of Celsius can dry very low dry matter containing water solutions about 5% on a very moderate temperature, the core temperature of dry powder is about 60 degrees centigrade, the dryer tower is filled with 12mm diameter special plastic Hostaform, Hoechst/balls therefore the drying surface is very large. Hot air heats the balls to 105 deg C under continuous stirring by in screw-mixer. The balls are in so called "fluid" stage like a liquid assisted by the hot air. When the balls are hot enough (about 100deg C), a screw pump feeds the solution into the dryer. Evaporation takes place in contact with the balls. The hot air flow delivers the powder into the cyclone where the powder settles. Evaporation capacity approx. 100 kgs water per hour. To evaporate 1 kg water only 3kp 6 bar steam is required. The equipment was used for drying brewery yeast sludge. All parts of equipment made from stainless steel, complete with screw pump, control panel and two fans/ventilators. | |
