4590 - CHOCOLATE MANUFACTURING PLANT Manufactured by MAZZETTI RENATO (Italy) never put into production Including: Four (4) MAZZETTI RENATO (Italy) Chocolate Manufacturing Units, type WAFA-400, rated at up to 400Kgs in 2hours refining at 20-22 microns. Each unit includes a combined pre-mixer, pump, piping and ball mixer: One WAFA 400 installation consists of two units. A horizontal pre-mixer to prepare the formulation and to mix the raw materials for all kind of productions like chocolate, compound chocolate, cream and choco-hazelnut pastes. The pre-mixer has two stirrer shafts with paddles. The mixer is double jacketed with warm water circulation to control temperature of the mixture. From the pre-mixer the mixture is pumped to the second unit of the WAFA 400, the ball mixer. The ball mixer refines the product to a certain fineness degree. The circulation time in the ball mixer can be set. The ball mixer has a double walled tank, to warm or cool the product. After refining, the product is pumped to the storage tank. All pipes are double walled. Electric control panel stand aloneThe electric panels are build together in one block. Six (6) MAZZETTI RENATO (Italy) Chocolate Storage Tanks, type M-MA-10, capacity of 1000litres each, each with pump. Diameter 1110 mm, Height 2200 mm, 1000 litres, 5,5 kW scraped stirrer. Electric control panel is installed on the tank. The tanks are double walled, to store chocolate, compound chocolate, creams or choco-hazelnut paste. Inside the tank is a rotary blade stirrer controlled by a reduction gear motor to ensure a homogeneous product. The stirrer is connected to a bottom scraper. There is a manual outlet and a connection with a pump and double jacket piping. Double walled. Electric control panel on the tank, pump included. One MAZZETTI RENATO (Italy) Melting Tank, type VBM, stainless steel, with warm water circulation system, still new on a pallet. Designed to melt products such as cocoa butter, bulk cocoa and fatty matters. Made up of a double inter-space tank with a bain-marie heating system. Inside the tank is a heating coil on which the product to be melted must be placed. the tank & coil each have their own stand alone heating & thermostat system. One Sugar Loading System, with bag unloading, hopper, dust extraction and screw transport systems to the pre-mixers (of the WAFA-400 Units) All electrical drawings & operating manuals are included. |
