4531 - CHOCOLATE LENTILLE LINE

Production Line for Chocolate Lentilles, built in 2004, still set up in the factory but never used in production.
Output 160 Kgs/ Hour-Diameter 14mm - 0.75 grams each.
The Line Includes:-
i- Buffer Tank - 1000 kgs capacity with stirrer and heated discharge value.
ii- Cast iron jacketed pump to feed the lentils rollers with jacketed pipes automatic valve to feed the hopper over the rolls (controlled by the level
probe) and return pipes to the buffer tank (heating system excluded).
iii- Stainless steel supporting structure for the 2 bronze cylinders each diameter 300 mm and length 600 mm. With speed mechanical variator and system to adjust the relative position of the impressions of the 2 cylinders.
Iv- Stainless steel hopper to feed the chocolate in between the couples of cylinders with adjustable discharge. The cylinders can be totally and easily extracted from the line for easy change of production, cleaning, and maintenance.
V- Cooling system of the cylinders by glycolated water minus 20' with water tank, 7,5 Hp compressor with condenser cooled by air, gas Freon R404A or other, Circulation pump.
vi- Traditional control panel for cylinders and water system.
vii- 1 cooling tunnel with 2 channels and 2 ventilation zones lentilles cooling time: 12 minutes.

M) 2 automatic band centering devices at each end with anelectro-Pneumatic.
N) Control driven by a photocell; if the photocell does not work.
P) There are 2 side-security micro switches that stop the band advancing and start an alarm up.
Q) Cooling system obtained by N.2 cooling groups with 1 Freon compressor HP
7,5 gas Freon R 404 A condenser cooled by air each cooling groups provider with evaporation battery with electriventilators of HP 2 each at fix speed.
The cooling compressor with condenser will be installed outside these building.
Evaporation batteries placed on the collecting basin in stainless steel with discharging mouth in stainless steel; driving head with mechanical motovariator supporting structure made of stainless steel.
Internal structure in steel sheet section folded and cold shaped with anti-rust and over painted; belt conveyor table in stainless steel with a special section for the air carrying to allow an efficient cooling also of the bottom: control panel for the tunnel compressor and cylinder at the exit; bottom panels made of plasticized steel sheet( internal and external with interposed extruded polyurethane at high density. Thickness 30mm.
Upper covering with right angle shaped panels of cm 200 polyurethane at high density.
R) Panels total thickness mm40.The panels are connected by gain joint which assure a perfect air seal.
Temperature controls with probe in each section of the tunnel.
Stainless steel rotary cylinder for the cleaning and sieving of the lentilles. with mechanical variator and collecting drawer.
