This line was manufactured in 2008 THE AUTOMATIC LINE CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING MODULES: 1. Divider-rounder LARGA PH 120 The divider-rounder combines two machines in one, but don’t take much more place than the divider. Rounding is extremely successful because of the diagonal teflon rounder, which can be set to the size of the pieces. STATIC PROOFER 4/450, INOX The proofer has been designed and constructed for the resting of dough pieces in bakeries. Static pockets - The machine works automatically, by detecting the pieces in their falling into it. The pieces coming from the divider go directly to the pockets of the proofer through the distributor guides. The proofer is fitted with an output conveyor belt which carries the pieces to the moulder. This conveyor belt moves intermittently following the movement of the pockets. Easy pockets change - Digital piece counters- Possibility of changing the output side In the bread plants (divider-proofer-moulder assemblies) the piece counter is placed on the proofer’s control panel. 3. MOULDER MONTANA MS 700 CP INOX The moulder is a polyvalent machine capable of working and forming all types of dough. The machine has been designed for the moulding of dough in bakeries. The moulder is able to form the bread without damaging the dough, with the same care a professional baker would give manually. When it’s working as part of a bread plant (divider-proofer assembly), its high production allows the moulder to follow the working rhythm imposed by the other machines. The moulder has a double lengthening system, with a first and second pressure board. The first lengthening pressure board is placed in the upper part of the moulding belt, and the second is placed in the lower part of the belt. The possibility of modifying the heights of the upper and lower pressure boards independently allows the moulder to adapt to all types of bread. The double lengthening allows the large breads to be stretched to its maximum with complete gentleness.
